1. Services
All Seasons Property Solutions provides lawn care, handyman, and mechanic services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are subject to availability and may be refused or rescheduled at our discretion due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on visible conditions and the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if additional labor, materials, repairs, or unforeseen issues arise. Customers will be notified of any significant changes before work continues.
3. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final total. Cancellation and refund policies are disclosed at booking.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted under Georgia law.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or cancellation fees as disclosed at booking.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe, clear, and lawful access to the work area
- Secure pets and remove personal property from service areas
- Disclose known hazards or pre-existing conditions
All Seasons Property Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, unstable structures, or pre-existing conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, All Seasons Property Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
7. Warranties
Any workmanship warranty, if offered, will be communicated in writing. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by third parties.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Georgia.
9. Changes to Terms
All Seasons Property Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
